All room rates include bed and breakfast as standard. Please note that we do not accept Card Payments at Aspen Lodge. Please see our payment terms and conditions below.
Check-in is from 4pm daily and check out is by 10am. Early check-in and late check-out is possible by prior arrangement. Please note there is a surcharge of £20 per room for late check-out, at the discretion of the owner.
We can only accept children over the age of 12 years and cannot accept pets. We are also a non-smoking accommodation as per the ‘Smoke-Free’ legislation of Scotland.
To confirm your booking, we require 100% of the first night stay by bank transfer or cheque which is non refundable. Full pre-payment for your stay is required at least 7 days prior to arrival either by bank transfer or cheque. Please note we do not accept credit or debit cards.
We strongly encourage our guests to have sufficient travel insurance to ensure they are covered should the need to cancel their booking with us arises.
